Attorney Lauren Romano focuses her practice primarily on domestic relations, including but not limited to divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, restraining orders, guardianships as well as modifications and contempt actions. Lauren approaches these delicate matters with compassion and consideration of how emotionally difficult they can be and recognizes the importance of building trusting relationships with her clients, while still possessing the aggressive advocacy needed to achieve their goals and represent their interests.
Attorney Romano has focused her practice almost exclusively on domestic relations since Law School, during which time she worked for a Boston Law Firm where she began crafting her practice in the family law field. While in law school, Lauren also served as an S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney in the Suffolk University Law School Accelerator to Practice Clinic, where she assisted clients with a variety of housing and consumer protection issues. Lauren first became involved in domestic relations work and realized her passion for the same while interning for the Office of the Child Advocate in Rhode Island during the summer before her senior year at the University of Rhode Island.
