Cynthia Sherman joined the firm of Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti, LLP in June of 2003 as an associate in the real estate department. Attorney Sherman became a partner in 2011. She focuses her practice on residential real estate conveyancing, representing buyers, sellers and lenders in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions and condominium conversions. Attorney Sherman is also an experienced trial attorney handling both civil & criminal matters in District & Superior Court.
Ms. Sherman received her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in 1986 and graduated from Northeastern School of Law in 1991. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sherman was a partner at Greenberg & Sherman, a small general practice firm in Boston, Massachusetts.
Since 2011 Attorney Sherman has regularly volunteered her time to teach seminars for a number of non-profit organizations, including the Somerville Community Corporation (“SCC”) and the Fitchburg Community Corporation (“SCC”), educating first time home buyers about the home buying process.
